Placing an order with LIZZ Official Store is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You automatically create an account when you place your first order online.

9. What is eNETS Direct Debit (Internet Banking)?

eNETS Direct Debit (Internet Banking) enables you to make a payment from your bank account on a real-time basis through your bank’s secured Internet Banking facilities. Direct debit requires you to authenticate yourself using your Internet Banking User ID and PIN.

At present all Singapore Internet Banking users of DBS/POSB, UOB or Citibank accounts can pay via eNets Direct Debit (Internet Banking).

10. How will you ship the items?

Currently, we shipped the items by Singapore Post Registered Mail for local delivery and Singapore Post Registered Airmail for International Delivery. In near future, we will be adding other forms of shipping methods.

11. How long does it takes to process my order?

Your order is processed immediately as soon as your payment information is verified and approved. You will receive an itemized invoice via email from cs@lizzmusic.com. Your item(s) will then be shipped out on the next business day. Within two business days from the day you made the purchase, you will be notified of the ship date and Singapore Post Registered Article (RA) Number via email as well. For Downloads and Ring tones, you will receive it almost immediately once your payment is verified and approved.

12. What are the local delivery charges (Singapore) and delivery time?

Local delivery charges are at a flat rate of S$3.50.
Delivery Time will be within 3 days.

13. What are the international shipping charges and delivery time?

Delivery charges for international orders vary based on the contents of your order and the country to which the order is being shipped. To calculate your online shipping charge, please add all desired items to your online shopping cart and proceed to checkout. (You do not need to enter any credit card information until the shipping method and cost has been selected).

14. What are the formats, bit rate and file size of music downloads?

Formats: MP3 and AAC

Bit Rate: We encode using variable bit rates (VBR) for maximum audio quality and smaller file sizes, aiming at an average of 256 kilobits per second (kbps).

File Size: A typical 3-minute song takes up approximately 6MB of storage space.

Download Times: A single MP3 or AAC file 5MB in size will download in less than one minute on a typical broad-band Internet connection. A similar download on a 56k dial-up connection can take up to 30 minutes.

15. If I encounter a problem with a download song or ring tone immediately after purchase, what should I do?

Yes, we do understand this might happen, for each download song or ring tone, you will be allowed to download the same music file twice within 7 days of the purchase. After you have successfully downloaded the file to your computer at the time of purchase, we recommend that you create a backup copy.

16. What does DRM-free mean?

Digital Rights Management or "DRM" commonly refers to software that is designed to control or limit how a file can be played. The songs you purchase from LIZZ Official Store Music Downloads are free of Digital Rights Management software so that you have the flexibility to play them on any of your media players, PC or burn them to CD for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use.

17. What is your returns policy?

All sales are final. However, we will replace any CD or CD case that are damaged upon arrival. We just require a photo proof of the damaged CD or CD case and email us at cs@lizzmusic.com within 7 days of purchase (within 20 days of purchase for shipments outside of Singapore).
